"We have been using Property Suite since the 1st May 2008. Prior to Property Suite we used a mix of a 3 internally developed systems plus manual processes for controlling listings through to marketing our listings both through print media and web media.

Included in this was the loading, both manually and electronically and maintenance, of all listings onto the web sites we market our listings on. To say the systems we had in place were cumbersome and the data was not always timely or accurate would be an understatement.

Since the change over on the 1st May 2008 we have had very minimal issues around the web sites and have been able to increase our web presence from 3 web sites to 5 with a minimal fuss. Any issues we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We currently load to the following web sites: Tremains.co.nz, trademe.co.nz, realestate.co.nz, openhometimes.co.nz, sella.co.nz. We have recently received feedback from potential clients on the speed our web site loads, not just new listings but also changes via the CMS and this can be put down to the interface that has been created by Property Suite ”
